Jesus teaches the disciples:

 

1. Let the name of God be respected forever. Everytime when we are in prayer, always be in the right

respectful attitude towards God. 

2. May God`s will be upon us, when we are making our prayers to God. We need to believe that God`s

  promise is with us, and let us pray with joy and hope and in faith. Believe that what we have appealed to God,

God can hear what we said. Believe that God is the only way to happiness in our lives.

3. Pray that God will continue to provide us with food every single day. That we will constantly have food

placed in front of us on the table. God wants us to work hard and God gives us the opportunity.

   We may face problems and obstacles in life sometimes but God will help us to pass through that difficult period.

  Whenever we have quiet time with God, we should always take the stance of thankfulness and gratefulness

for what God has done for us.

 

 

4. For God to forgive us of our sins and mistakes after we repent the sins we have commited.

   Also we should learn to forgive others as God has forgiven us. Sometimes, other people 

may have done some very bad things to us and it is difficult to forgive others,

but God teaches His disciples to forgive the sins of others who have wronged them.

  When we pray to God, we ask God humbly to show us the things that we do wrongly

  so we can correct ourselves.

5. Ask God to help us when we face tribulations and that we will not fall in times like this.

When we pray, we should be in the position that we are always needing God`s hand to

help us, that we are always leaning on God to teach us and to help us not fall to temptations and

testings that are put before us. Tell ourselves that if we do not have God by our side, we will not

be able to help ourselves. Look at ourselves and find out our weak spots in our lives and

ask God to help us with those areas. Let all Christians to approach God with humble hearts

and with the understanding that without God, we are nothing.
