We grow all with nothing to do, but we grow up doing something challenging.
Compare our lives with a tent
We meet problems like bad weather, strong winds, etc
God says this life can still move on, it will become better.
The tent that we started, will continue to stay strong. Our lives May meet with many obstacles, but God is there to back us up.
God`s blessing is to let us grow.
Sometimes God will allow us to have some problems / obstacles to let us grow better.
Isaiah 54:2-3
Ways to grow
1) pull the strings tight and secure.
We need to dare to do something different.
We need to grow and advance further.
We should change - new things for the better. Luke 5:39
New ways to do things, move out of the comfort zone.
Refusal to try new things because afraid it will not work, think it`s our genetics, we cannot change and we want to be in a safe place. We do not want to risk. This is wrong thinking.
2) extend the rope longer
The ropes allow us to expand to go to other places, and add new things.
To extend, we need to share.
Proverbs 11:24 to 25
Use what we have and share, we will receive reaction, and better things will return. When we use our heart and share with others, we receive love.
3) ensure that the ends are strong and stable. Hit hard into the ground.
As we will meet obstacles a solid foundation will hold the tent.
We may face opposition from around us, warnings from other people.
We will become what we believe in.
There are two types of seeds.
The one that will grow and prosper
The seed that refuse to grow end up being eaten by the chicken.
