Five Dishes which make You Happy.

We will offer you meals for you (Matt 6:31-33)

 

We have various methods to remedy stress including  

workout or exercise. Or sometimes we depend on different kinds of entertainment. The last easiest activity is eating. We have 5 menus to offer you. We are sure that you will be in good mood all day.

 

1. Fish: Your stress might occur when Omega three fatty acids is low. Therefore we should eat food which can add Omega thee fatty acid. It is fish. The research found out that the Alzheimer’s patient who take Omega 3 for 1,000 milligram for three months feel better and less worried. The fish are sardine, salmon and mackerel.

 

2. Green vegetables: They are broccoli, asparagus and spinach. The vitamins are abundant. They can adjust our emotion. If we want to keep our emotion stable eat these vegetables.

 

3. Egg and pork: The author of Happiness Diet said that eggs from hen out of henhouse has much higher vitamin 12. Pigs which are raised out of the pigsty has more oleic acid. Both vitamin from hen and acid from pig will ease the stress of women.

 

4. Beans: Bean is hard to digest. However, bean can adjust sugar in the blood in balance. Moreover, there are folate acid and tryptophan in amino acid. This bean will make you excrete happily.

 

5. Tomato: Besides it is rich of lycopene. There is also folate acid which resists formations of  homo cysteine. If there is a lot of this matter , it will interfere nerve system which has difficulty in working
