Parents who wants their kids to like readings must be a model for kids in reading. There are ten techniques to do.
1. Read loudly, naturally and lively with kids frequently. The reading should often express the ideas or questions for discussion
2. Find the library and bookstores and take the kids there.
3. Subscribe the journal or magazines which your kids like.
4. Encourage the atmosphere of exchange ideas with your kids verbally or in writing.
5. Show or demonstrate that reading is helpful for daily life for example, you want a good recipe for your kids’ meals. You can buy sports magazines for them.
6. You do as a note-taker. You take note o9f everyday activities. Read these on New Year’s Day.
7. Discriminate the reading for purposes and reading for fun or reading for specific purposes.
8. Give a reward for his reading by buying new books and read together.
9. Take your kids to the book store in order to reinforce their interests.
