Moving to our target in our life with faith.    Exodus 13:17-22

The pillow of cloud and Pillar of fire did not leave its place in front of the people.

God uses Moses to bring the Israelites out of Egypt to their promised land. God made the Israelites walk one big round

so that they will not pass Philistia, as they may change their mind after they have to go to war with Philistia.

Today we have the freedom of will to choose whether to follow Jesus. 

God converted the salt water into fresh water, and gave a promise to the people that he will be the Healer to the people.

In verse 16 God provided them with manna to eat.

Moses sent 12 spies to look at Canaan. 10 spies said they cannot win against their opponents, whereas 2 spies (Joshua and Caleb)

were confident. Throughout the journey, God promised that He was with them. The Jews missed their chance to enter Canaan.

It tells us that whatever path we are taking with God today, we have to trust Him so that we will not miss out on entering Canaan.

We must continue to have faith in Jesus and continue on the journey with God. Our target is to reach and enter Canaan.

1) God helps us to escape from our sinfulness when we choose the path to follow Jesus. We may not know how tough it will be,

how many obstacles we will face but today I will choose God. We will dedicate our lives and give it to God.

2) God Knows us well. He knows how much we can take, and only allows us to go through tribulations that we can handle.

3) This journey God takes responsibility for us. When we are sick, God is the Healer.

4) God is our leader. We will trust and Believe. God leads us to the best way.

2. Are you willing to let God lead your life?
