God`s calling to us.   Acts 9:3-9
God`s calling may be different for each and everyone of us, but God Has a good plan for each of us.
Example of Paul. Before he became a preacher and a teacher he was a threat to Christians as he persecutes and bullies
all of them. He knew about salvation at that time but he was the one who didn;t believe in salvation.
But God decided that He will use people like this to spread the gospel! And God called out to Paul in the following way:

As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him.
He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?”
“Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked.
“I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied. “Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”
The men traveling with Saul stood there speechless; they heard the sound but did not see anyone.
Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could see nothing. So they led him by the hand into Damascus.
For three days he was blind, and did not eat or drink anything.

After Paul confessed and repented and started to serve our Lord, Paul faced many different types of problems and difficulties.
Even though he faced numerous and endless problems and difficulties, he chose to continue following Jesus
and continue with serving the Lord.
In the same way, what happens when one day God calls out to us to serve Him. How will we answer Him?
Ajarn Tavee himself mentioned that he was called by God and has always rejected God`s calling.
However, one day he had to accede to God`s calling because something happened to him.
While driving to Sukhothai, he had an accident and his car fell into the water.
During that time, he heard God call his name three times.
He still did not believe it was God calling out to him.
God told him to go to the petrol station and he will meet a village head, and the village head helped
him out regarding the papers and insurance. Thanking God, he realised it is God`s calling and until now,
his whole family is now serving the Lord.
From his experience from then until now, he knows that once God calls out to us, He will
never abandon us.
For those who still do not know Jesus, Ajarn Tavee urges everyone to repent and accept God as their
personal savior. The life of a Christian will still be riddled with problems, but God will be beside us
and He will give us advice and strength and comfort to pass through all the problems we face.
God will take care of us, and will prepare the thing that is best for us, and God will lift us up in spirit and in strength too.
