Psalms 23: 1-6
Our Shepherd who takes care of us
Written by David, from his own experience
He was already at an old age and has gone through many trials and tribulations
We will never fall short as jesus takes care of us things may be difficult but we are never short
David`s life:
- Chosen to be the next king by God. David was a shepherd and 15 years later became king
He also killed Goliath first
- hunted by Saul who was jealous and wants to kill him
- invited by Jews to become their king
- protects Jerusalem
We do not know what will happen in the future.
Can we use our past experiences to help us handle our life?
How did God take care of David?
1) V2. God brings us to the place that will be suitable for us that is enough for us.
Revolutions 7: 17
The fountain of Life for our lives. It`s always flowing with water.
If God leads, even when there are obstacles or barriers God will help us pass through victoriously
2) V3.
God helps to increase the energy and help those who fall to make a comeback.
David send against God with Bathsheba. David repented and comes back full of energy and walked a straight life
3) V. 4
Got protects and ensures David`s safety
Got takes care of us and protects us all the time
The Shepherd protects their heart when wild animals come to hunt, and also the staff is to lead the animals to the right way
4) V 5
God gives respect to David
As a Shepherd he became a ruler
We also receive a lot of respect living the life of a Christian, has God make people see the value in us.
5) V. 6
The goodness that God gives us we will not give up on Christ.
