As people, we look towards a better future.
Thailand is going through an election soon, and picking the right government is important as well to ensure that the future and economy will be good.
For Christians our future will be victorious through Jesus.

Jesus tells his disciples that God conquers and wins over the world.
What is the future?
If seen as a view visual it`s like a sea where we cannot see the horizon, we do not know how deep it is, it has both beauty and fear.
Our future will come to us. We worry as we do not know what will happen tomorrow
People want to know their future they look for answers with mediums and soothsayers to tell their future.
We as Christians should rely on God who is the highest and the king of kings, the Lord of Lords.

Zechariah 3:1-4
The Israelites will complaining, forgetting God`s mercy.
Deuteronomy 8:11-14, 17-18
The Israelites were warned by Moses up to the point where they were before the entering of the promised land.
Instead of thanking God as God has blessed them they were ungrateful and turned away. They changed their lives, have idols, did not follow God`s commandments.
God warned them again and again and they did not listen.
Eventually God punished them.

Fortunately they realized their mistakes and repented, asking for forgiveness.
The backslided a total of six times, until they reached the state where they needed a king.
They backslided even further. God punished them by allowing Assyrians to take over them and then they were the Babylonians and after that again they will conquered by the Persians.

Zechariah was born during the Babylonian period. And was also later affected by the Persians
In the New testament for example 1st Corinthians, it tells us that we received salvation from Jesus.
Today God wants us to live our lives following God closely and have full faith in Him.
We cannot believe when we need God`s help and having no faith later when we do not need God.
We have to have full faith 100% of our time.

Whenever we face problems and calamities and tribulations, we call out to God.
God will take over from us.
Have full faith in God, and follow Him completely.
