The Bell curve.
There are three types of people in this world.
The first time people who do not know and do not care.
The second type people who will wait and see
The third type people that will make something happen.
We should be the third group. And let people follow while we leave them to God.

The leader of the world versus The leader by Holy Spirit.
All of us are leaders at some situation, Excel group leader, head off the family, or the department manager at work.
There are many leaders of the world that go astray example Hitler
The leader of Holy Spirit,  apostle Paul, David, Billy Graham

Moses
A successful leader.
At the juice out of Egypt there were more than 1 million that crossed the Red sea.
He went on top of Mount Sinai and received the ten commandments
Also brought the Jews into Palestine.

Characteristics of Moses
1) he had faith. V. 24
A leader must have faith as well as self-confidence.
Believe and get up to do!
Give up his status and became a commoner to work for God.

2) he immersed himself with the Israelites and interacted with them. V.25
Saint Theresa went to live with the Indian people in the slums.

3) has vision. V.26
He sees something that others do not.

4) he dares to make decisions V. 27
Because he has the vision.
Example no one will jump down a three-story building if they didn`t see fire coming up from below.

5) obedient v.28
He bargained with the pharoah to release the Jews. God tells him what to do he obeys.

6) is responsible v 29
Let the Jews cross the Red Sea and he was the last to cross.
