The Jews were slaves in Egypt for over 400 years

Joseph was an advisor and prime minister in Egypt

Jews reached out to God one day, and God asked Moses to bring the Jews out of Egypt.

After releasing the juice, they changed their mind and came after the Jews again. Moses brought the Jews across the Red Sea.

The lesson learned is we do not know what we will meet the future but God is there to help us.

 

1) have confidence

Moses had confidence that the Jews will be saved from egypt, as God instructed him to do that.

Christians, though never seen God before, we need to have the confidence that God is real. We need confidence to move on.

 

2) be obedient.

Got us Moses to point to the sea with a rod, he believed and listened and the Sea spread open for the Jews to walk through.

Job 36.11

If we obey and serve God, we will spend the days in prosperity and contentment.

 

3) look towards Jesus

We can be discouraged but we cannot give up.

Looking forward and not be distracted left to right.

Lean on to Jesus and ask for His help

 

4) when God is with us, our lives are saved

We may face many problems but God will protect us.
